Wilhelm Imaging Research

The most respected source for information on the longevity of inkjet papers and inks. Wilhelm Labs is the testing lab that most vendors use for testing their products.

Henry WIlhelm's book The Permanence and Care of Color Photographs: Traditional and Digital Color Prints, Color Negatives, Slides, and Motion Pictures is the standard work in the field of film and photographic print preservation.

The advantage of Wilhelm testing is that is the same across products by different manufacturers and can be used to make longevity comparisons across brands.
