To open the Folder Manager

The folders on the left show your hard drive. A plus next to the name of the folder emans that there are sub-folders beanneth it When you click ont he plus sign it changed to a minus sign and the sub-folders appear inented in from the main folder. They in turn will show pluses to indicate that they contain sub-folders. When you lcik the minus sign the sub-folders will be hiddent again. |

A green check mark next to a folder name means check this folder when I clock the OK button, and include any photos I find there in my Picasa library. Do not check this folder after this one time. A red X next to a folder name means do check this folder for new or changed photos. |
A eyeball next to a folder name means it is a Watch Folder:

To change the option for a folder:
|
|
Select OK to save your changes or Cancel to discard them. |
